DIAMONDBACK Service Management was established 12 years ago.  During that time, we have added multiple aspects to our business to better service our customers.  Recently, we completed our addition of our HVAC department and expanding our offices to include all of Montgomery County.  This year also has seen the addition to the DSM family by the adding of Damon's son, Jarod.  Jarod has recently gained his HVAC technician license.  Jarod attended Lamar University, where he studied mechanical engineering.  As Damon moves towards retiring to a reserve role in the business, we know his son will carry on the family business with the same drive, determination, and loyalty to our customers that his father has.  As we expand into the future, we thank all of our valued customers for their continued support and referrals.

Pierce.  Damon is licensed in EPA Refrigeration and a certified technician & contractor , License #TACLA00052548E.  Our secondary technician in EPA refrigeration and is also a certified technician is Damon's son, Jarod K. Pierce.
